The project will be completed over several years in multiple phases. This will enable the funding to come from various environmental grant programs administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) and other agencies, including for example, PADEP’s Growing Greener program, the federal Coastal Zone Management Program (CZMP), and WREN.
